In fiscal year (FY) 2021, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is providing $180 million for security-related activities to nonprofit organizations that are at high risk of a terrorist attack.
Congress has appropriated double the amount of grant money from 2020 and has increased the amount from $20M in 2016 to $180M in 2021. The deadline to apply for the grant is May 14, 2021.
