Burlington, Ontario Mar 8, 2021 (Issuewire.com) - Satori Consulting inc. a leading management & business consulting firm in Canada, launched a Future Leader Development Program for people who are leadership ready. These programs are focused on improving organizational performance, facilitating change, and delivering solutions that drive effective results.

It is widely known that people are promoted into leadership roles because of technical competency, not leadership ability. Once promoted, they are expected to switch a lever and lead effectively, and they may get enrolled in a course or two to help along the way. We know that this model is flawed and we believe two things:

1. Training should start before the promotion, and

2. 'One and done' training is not effective

The main outcome of Satori's proprietary Future Leaders Program is people who are leadership-ready. The program is unique in its ability to gather high potentials and provide them with the tools they need to identify and create their own unique leadership style and purpose.

The first cohort for 2021 is starting in March and is fully booked, with a second cohort to begin in May-registration now open. The entire program will span over 12 months with one full day training session per quarter. The program also combines the use of homework and one-on-one Executive Coaching to lock in learning through self-reflection and application. The second wave will launch late summer with a waiting list already formed.

The curriculum developed and personalized by Satori Consulting's CEO and Master Coach, Sandi Verrecchia, focuses on the importance of developing each participants' individual goals, all while challenging their self-awareness, commitment, practice, and accountability for change.

The four core curriculum themes are:

1. My Authentic Leadership Self

2. Trust and Influence

3. Accountability & Expanding Comfort Zones

4. Strategic Thinking

In addition, each of their participants will complete an Everything DiSC ® Agile EQ Assessment - a powerful and insightful tool- which will:

-- Discover the instinctive mindsets that shape the participant's responses and interactions

-- Recognize opportunities to stretch beyond what comes naturally to the participants

-- Take action to become more agile in their approach to social and emotional situations

Today's modern world has transitioned these opportunities to an online platform, which has saved people the commuting time and allowed them to reach people in vast geographical areas.
