Kauai proposes post-travel testing option for resort bubbles

The proposed program would allow passengers arriving to Kauai who have taken a pre-travel Covid-19 test to take a second test three days after arrival — if they are staying at a county-approved Enhanced Movement Quarantine property, also known as “resort bubbles.”
