EDGE delays XPO tax break request after Rep. Steve Cohen urges scrutiny

A tax break request from XPO to create 255 jobs was delayed after U.S. Rep. Steve Cohen asked the EDGE board to look into how well the company is treating employees a couple years after allegations of poor working conditions.
