DeVos, DOE go after Duke/UNC for alleged anti-Israel bias in Middle East program

The Department of Education (DOE) has ordered Duke and UNC Chapel Hill's shared Middle East studies program to be remade – alleging it may have an anti-israel bias and be a misuse of federal funding.
