CBRE sells large industrial portfolio with properties in Dallas-Fort Worth

CBRE has sold a national industrial portfolio of more than 3.75 million square feet of properties across four states. The portfolio, purchased by Clarion Partners of New York, includes more than 645,000 square feet of industrial space in Dallas-Fort Worth.
