Salt Lake City, Utah - As organizations worldwide accelerate digital transformation efforts, Ksense Technology Group reported significant strides in 2024 across software development and DevOps operations. From AI-assisted development and testing, to training cross-functional personnel, the company introduced major process improvements, reduced defect rates, and expanded its infrastructure to support faster, more scalable development in 2025.
“We're proud to be embracing the rapid change happening in our industry instead of running from it,” says Kelson Erwin, CEO of Ksense Technology Group. “Better technology means faster development, enabling businesses to modernize and streamline quickly while continuously adapting to evolving needs,” he adds.
A key milestone in 2024 was the company’s achievement in code quality. Through internal process enhancements, Ksense reduced its defect rate from 1.8 to 1.16 bugs per thousand lines of code (KLoC). This figure placed it among the highest-performing software organizations in the world.
These improvements also contributed to faster issue resolution. According to the company, it lowered Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR) and strengthened system reliability.
Development timelines were further streamlined by restructuring team workflows. Coordinated involvement of project managers, developers, designers, testers, and business analysts helped eliminate bottlenecks, while new automated safeguards improved quality control throughout the accelerated development process.
Another area for innovation was project visibility — letting stakeholders check on the progress of software tasks at any time. The introduction of the Ksense Command Center provided clients with greater transparency, real-time sprint approvals, and a more structured collaboration process.
“Clients can literally see what our team is working on in real-time, add comments to tasks, schedule meetings with their project manager, and more. Gone are the days of waiting in the dark for features to be delivered, just to find out they’re not what you had in mind,” commented David Guthrie, who leads the Project Coordination department at Ksense.
Infrastructure enhancements played a critical role in optimizing deployments. Ksense migrated many of its applications to Amazon ECS (Elastic Container Service) to leverage containerization and horizontal scaling. This allowed for automatic traffic handling and reduced manual maintenance.
Select projects transitioned to Vercel. Sources say this helped deployment speed, security, and reliability. These shifts supported more resilient applications with fewer disruptions.
The company's work in 2024 earned industry recognition, including the Clutch Champion award and a ranking among the Top Web Developers on Clutch. Ksense also became an official Caspio Partner.
With many companies planning new technology projects in the first quarter of 2025, Ksense Technology Group enters the new year focused on refining its development strategies and expanding its capabilities to meet growing industry demands.
