The firm partners with closely held companies to help navigate generational transitions, unlock growth, and enhance performance—while preserving the legacy and culture that made each business successful.
The firm targets businesses with $5–25 million in EBITDA and invests $25–100 million of equity per platform, including follow-on capital. Investment structures include majority recapitalizations, primary growth equity, and balance sheet optimization.
