Nursa to Participate in Key Engagements at ViVE 2024

Nursa leaders will shine a light on the need for a new approach to support nurses

Nursa, a nationwide platform that exists to put a nurse at the bedside of every patient in need, has announced its participation at ViVE 2024, Feb. 25-28, in Los Angeles. During the conference, Nursa leaders will meet with interested parties to discuss what healthcare systems need to know about the nurse staffing crisis, new ways to think about solutions, as well as what nurses really want from health systems to feel valued and supported.

Nursa and its leaders also will participate in the following panels and events throughout the conference:

Monday, Feb. 26

  • 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. PT – American Red Cross Blood Drive: Through a partnership with the American Red Cross and Nursa, ViVE attendees can donate blood to help address the national blood shortage and potentially save a life. The blood drive will take place on Level 2, in Room 405.
  • 10 a.m. PT – Nurses at ViVE: Tackling the Challenge of Nurse Staffing: Jeannine Raymond, RN, MS, senior vice president of client growth and success at Nursa, will moderate a discussion on nurse staffing that explores challenges, solutions, and the impact on patient care. Participants include Katie Boston-Leary, PHD, RN, director of nursing programs of the American Nurses Association, Whitney Staub-Juergens, RN, vice president of care transformation & innovation at HCA Healthcare, and Theresa Meadows, RN, SVP, & chief information officer at Cook Children's Health Care System. The panel will take place at the Center Stage.

Tuesday, Feb. 27

  • 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. PT – American Red Cross Blood Drive: The blood drive will continue Tuesday and serves as the last chance to actively assist in addressing the national blood shortage. The blood drive will be located on Level 2, in Room 405.
