Fidelity Southern Corporation will make a presentation to its shareholders at the Annual
Meeting of Shareholders being held on April 27, 2006 at its office in Atlanta, Georgia. A copy of
the presentation materials is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference
herein.
