On September 11, 2007, Dana Hilt, M.D. notified Critical Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation as the Company’s Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President of Clinical Development effective September 25, 2007. Dr. Hilt informed the Company that he was resigning to assume a position with a biotechnology company focused on central nervous system disorders.
