On June 16, 2004, Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a dividend for its second quarter ended June 30, 2004, of approximately $0.10 per fully-diluted share, payable July 15, 2004, for shareholders of record on June 30, 2004.
