CMS Energy Corporations (CMS Energy) and Consumers Energy Companys (Consumers Energy)
management will be meeting with investors on April 4, 2011, at the Wellington Shields/Berenson
Midwest Utilities Conference. In addition, CMS Energys executive vice president and chief
financial officer, Tom Webb, and a senior executive from Consumers Energy, Daniel Malone, will
