(the "Company") for the year ended fiscal year December 31, 2001 (the "Form 10-K") is being amended to file the correct version of Schedule III, "Real Estate and Accumulated Depreciation." During the EDGAR conversion process, Schedule III was inadvertently replaced with the version of Schedule III filed with the Company's Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2000.
