Taubman Centers, Inc. today announced that Myron E. (Mike) Ullman, III has resigned from the company’s Board of Directors in order to avoid any appearance of conflict with his appointment as chairman and chief executive officer of JCPenney, as further described in the press release (Exhibit 99).
