Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On February 9, 2007, Raytheon Aircraft Company issued a press release
announcing that it was now offering aircraft window shades using
Research Frontiers' SPD-Smart light-control technology for all models
of its Beechcraft King Air aircraft. This product is being sold to
Raytheon by Research Frontiers' licensee, InspecTech Aero Service, Inc.
who will be paying Research Frontiers a royalty on the sale of such
product pursuant to its license agreement with Research Frontiers.
