On January 4, 2018, San Jose Water Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SJW Group, issued a press release announcing that it has filed a general rate case application with the California Public Utilities Commission, and a copy of such press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 8.01 by reference.
