INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K REPORT

 

On December 12, 2018, Pacific Drilling S.A. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has received approval to relist its common shares on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) under the ticker symbol “PACD.” The Company expects that its common shares will commence trading on the NYSE at the market open on December 18, 2018. A copy of the release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 6-K.
