Report regarding the dissolution of Woori Third Asset Securitization Specialty
Co., Ltd. as a subsidiary of Woori Finance Holdings Co., Ltd.


On September 23, 2009, the board of directors of Woori Finance Holdings Co.,
Ltd., resolved to dissolve Woori Third Asset Securitization Specialty Co., Ltd.,
its wholly-owned subsidiary.
