Mexico City (January 25, 2005), Coca-Cola FEMSA, S.A. de C.V. (“Coca-Cola FEMSA” or the “Company”), informed that as part of its strategy to manage its indebtedness that it may discretionary repurchase, depending on market conditions, “certificados bursátiles”issued in Mexico pursuant to its April 25, 2003 program. All the “certificados bursatiles” repurchased would be cancelled.
