(the Company), completed its registered public offering (the Offering) of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 3.750% Senior Notes due 2026 (the Notes) at a public offering price of 99.742% of the principal amount. The Notes will be guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by the Company. The Issuer and the Company entered into an indenture dated as of November 8, 2012, with The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee (the Base Indenture), and in connection with the Offering, entered into a fourth supplemental indenture dated as of October 14, 2015, with the Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee (the Fourth Supplemental Indenture) (the Base Indenture together with the Fourth Supplemental Indenture, the Indenture).
