(b) Joseph Netherland has advised the Board of Directors of Tidewater Inc. (the “Company”) that he will not stand for reelection as a director of the Company at the Company’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders in August 2013. Mr. Netherland intends to serve as a director and as a member of the Finance & Investment Committee and Compensation Committee until the Annual Meeting.
