On October 6, 2009, the Compensation Committee of our Board of Directors authorized a cash bonus of $50,000 to be paid to Walter P. Hanley, our Senior Vice President of Development, in consideration of his efforts in connection with our transactions with Schnitzer Steel Industries, Inc. that closed on October 1, 2009.
