On September 17, 2008, i2 Technologies, Inc. jointly issued a press release with JDA Software Group, Inc. announcing that U.S. federal antitrust agencies have granted early termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended, a copy of which press release is attached hereto at Exhibit 99.1.
