Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officer; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
(d) Pursuant to ongoing transition and consolidation efforts, Timothy Dec, Broadwing’s Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer, and Broadwing agreed on February 16, 2006 that Mr. Dec will leave Broadwing, effective May 16, 2006.
