Dynegy Inc. (Dynegy) is participating in two global energy conferences on Monday, April 4, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Bruce A. Williamson, Dynegys Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, will participate in the Platts 20th Annual Global Power Markets Conference as a member of the CEO roundtable. His presentation, Operating in a New Era, will begin at 9 a.m. CT. Mr. Williamson will also participate in the Howard Weil 33rd Annual Energy Conference. His presentation at this event is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. CT.
Copies of the slides to be presented at each of these conferences by Mr. Williamson are being furnished as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The presentation slides contained in each exhibit include statements intended as forward-looking statements, which are subject to the cautionary statement about forward-looking statements set forth in such exhibit. Certain of the slides set forth in the Appendix to Exhibit 99.2 also contain non-GAAP financial information. The reconciliation of such non-GAAP financial information to GAAP financial measures, to the extent available without unreasonable effort, is included in such Appendix.
