Disclosure of Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On June 28, 2007, America’s Car-Mart, Inc. issued a press release announcing its fourth fiscal quarter and year end results. The press release contains certain financial, operating and other information for the period ended April 30, 2007. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
