On February 12, 2007, Charles River Laboratories International, Inc. issued a
press release providing financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended
December 30, 2006.
The press release, attached as an exhibit to this report, includes "safe harbor"

amended, indicating that certain statements contained in the press release are
