Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On July 28, 2014, the Board of Directors of the Registrant’s US Seismic Systems, Inc. subsidiary (“USSI”) appointed Mark A. Bashforth as Chief Executive Officer and President of USSI. Mr. Bashforth replaces Jim Andersen, USSI’s outgoing CEO and President, whose employment with USSI concluded as of July 29, 2014.
