Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 2, 2014, Campus Crest Communities, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing an update on its portfolio leasing status for the 2014/2015 academic year. A copy of the press release is being furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) pursuant to Item 7.01-Regulation FD Disclosure of Form 8-K and is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
On June 3, 2014, members of management of the Company will deliver a presentation at the NAREIT REITWeek Conference in New York, New York. The presentation will include a slide presentation, a copy of which is being furnished to the SEC pursuant to Item 7.01- Regulation FD Disclosure of Form 8-K and is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2. The Company will also make the presentation available on its website at http://investors.campuscrest.com/.
