On June 15, 2007, Wuhan General Group (China), Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 and the year ended December 31, 2006. On June 21, 2007, the Company issued a press release in order to correct clerical errors contained in the June 15 press release. A copy of the corrected press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

On June 19, 2007, the Company issued a press release announcing a conference call to discuss financial results for the year ended December 31, 2006 and the quarter ended March 31, 2007. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
