Regulation FD Disclosure

Anthony F. Earley, Jr., Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of PG&E Corporation, the parent company of Pacific Gas and Electric Company (the “Utility”), and other members of management of PG&E Corporation and the Utility, will meet with various investment professionals at the Deutsche Bank Clean Tech, Utilities and Power Conference in New York, New York on May 9, 2016 and at the Citibank Global Energy & Utilities Conference in Boston, Massachusetts, on May 10, 2016. During these meetings, management may refer to the presentation slides that were used during PG&E Corporation’s earnings conference call and webcast held on May 4, 2016.
