On March 2, 2006, Intermec, Inc. filed a Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 stating that we were postponing the filing of our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2006 beyond the initial due date and that we intended to file our Form 10-K on or before the 15th calendar day following the extended due date so that we and our independent auditors would have additional time to complete review of our financial statements and complete the procedures necessary to finalize the year-end audit.

We are now postponing the filing of our Form 10-K beyond the extended due date so that we and our auditors have additional time to complete all procedures necessary to finalize the year-end audit.  We anticipate filing our 10-K as soon as practicable after completion of that audit.
