On June 13, 2006, the registrant issued a press release announcing a quarterly cash dividend and  an authorization by the Board of Directors allowing the Corporation to purchase up to 2,000,000 shares of its common stock in addition to the approximately 677,000 shares remaining under the Corporation’s previously announced program.
