Infosys Limited (“Infosys” “the Company”) hereby furnishes the United States Securities and Exchange Commission with the following information concerning analyst call held in connection with the selection of Dr. Vishal Sikka as the next Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Company. On June 12, 2014, in connection with the selection of Dr. Vishal Sikka as the next Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Company, the Company hosted a call for investor analysts at 6 p.m. IST on June 12, 2014. The transcript of the analyst call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
